Sand Disk and Sony got together and decided to make a 64 GB
Sand Disk Card. On March 6, 2006 made the first SD Card of 32 GB with speeds up
to 400 Mbit/s. But it didn’t come out on the market till 2010. In September 2011 Sand Disk Came out with 64 GB
Micro SD Card. Kingmax also came out with the same product in 2011. In 2012
Lexar came out with the first 256 GB SD Card which came from NAND Technology.
